access this screen, the user has selected the 'Vacation Info'
button from the Main Menu. The 'H' here
represents statutory holidays. This screen would show this employee's
absence. A 'V' would indicate one day vacation taken, while an
'S' would indicate one sick day taken. A 'V1' or 'S1' represents
a half day.You can enter any symbol you want and can even enter
hours if that option is selected.
