This screen is where you would enter your food intake. There are over 1500 food items in the database and you can add your own item or recipe. To add a food item, select the 'Add' icon, then a pop up screen will appear allowing you to search for a food item. The quantity can be modified. When you've finished, select the 'When' pull down menu to indicate when the food was consumed during the day. This screen is also where you would enter your exercise credits.
