This screen is where you will enter your daily weight. Many people discourage the taking of your weight daily. But by monitoring your daily food intake and comparing it to your daily weight, you can see how you are doing and react quickly if necessary. Enter any notes that you need to in order to remind yourself of any notable events. This feature is also beneficial in determining when you weigh more than other times naturally. Your body might retain more water on the 15th of every month and this system would show that - again very useful.
